EARLY BIRD SALE ENDS OCT 31

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! There is no obligation to get a tree whatsoever. There are so many things to do do around the farm, and we encourage everyone to come, even if not for a tree!
Yes! Leashed dogs are welcome. We ask that you clean up after your pet, and be aware that there are farm animals (horses, cows, chickens) behind the nearby fence.
Yes! Although we have a free photo booth and a variety of photo opportunities throughout the farm during our event, we accommodate private photo sessions as well. For 2025, we are renting out our set up to private photographers before Christmas at the Farm hours for photo shoots / Christmas tree "minis". Bookings include only access to the decorated facility, not the photographer. Photographers book their own clients. If you a photographer interested in this, or a customer looking to get connected to a photographer, please check out our Photography page here.
We ask that you do NOT bring with a professional photographer or professional photo set up to the farm DURING the event so you do not detract from the atmosphere or event for the other attendees.
*We plan to be open RAIN OR SHINE!* We will do everything in our power to adjust to weather predictions, and if necessary, will adjust operating hours. Vendors, escape room, arts and crafts, photo booth, and the gift shop are all under covered areas. The food and drink area will also be covered by a tent. The trees and bonfire are the only areas with no coverage.
Should Christmas at the Farm have severe inclement weather for the majority of hours of operation, attendees will have the option to transfer tickets to a different day.
If you have pre-ordered a tree and unable to pick up on assigned day due to weather, you are able to pick up on any of the remaining days.
Just shoot us an email! You can pick up your tree on another day our event is running, and we can have it ready for you. All pre-ordered trees must be picked up by December 7th (our last day). Pre-ordered trees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we do not accept walk ups. Due to increasing demand, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Both the hot chocolate and s'mores station has a full list of ingredients for each edible item to help anyone navigating food allergies. We also have GLUTEN FREE (GF graham crackers), DAIRY FREE (hot cider, dairy free marshmallows, plant based s'mores chocolate), and VEGAN (hot cider, gelatin free marshmallows, and plant based s'mores chocolate) options available, just make sure to ask the hot chocolate and s'mores employee!
The majority of the pathways at Arran Farm are paved, making it easy to navigate for wheelchairs and walkers. We offer handicap accessible parking (just tell the parking attendants when you arrive), and they can lead you in the paved entrance (the main entrance is gravel, but the handicap entrance is paved). The tent area near the food trucks and the s'mores/bonfire area are surrounded by grass, but relatively flat. The tree area is also grass, the front half is flat, and the back half is on a large hill. Unfortunately, the barn does not have an elevator, so the upstairs (where the escape room is located) is only accessible by stairs. If you would like to see a virtual view of the layout of the farm for reference, check out the link here (only can be viewed on desktop).
Yes! Our event is very family-friendly and has activities for a variety of ages. We encourage our customers to bring their entire family, old and young!
Yes! We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Admission is $20 per adult (ages 18 and up) and $10 per child age 3-17. Kids ages 2 and under are free.
** There is an early bird special, $5/off each adult tickets for those purchased in October only **
We open on Black Friday (November 28, 2025) at 10AM. We are a two-weekend event, and will be open to the public November 28-30 and December 6-7. See our Visit Us page for hours of operation.
The trees are not grown on the farm, but rather brought in from the mountains of NC, just a few hours away. If you'd like to learn more about our trees, visit our Trees page.
We sell Fraser firs grown in the mountains of North Carolina. We have a variety of sizes ranging from three feet to nine feet tall (select few ten and eleven feet as well)! Learn more about our trees here.
Yes, we have trees up to 11 feet tall, but very few! Our tallest trees tend to go quickly as we have very limited supply, so we suggest you come early in order to secure the tree in the size you want. We have a plethora of trees in the 3 - 9 foot range.
Our trees are priced individually based on height, species, and overall quality. Generally, the price ranges from $15-$17 per foot. Any tree over 7 feet will be more per foot as these trees take much longer to grow to maturity.
** 10% off field price is given to anyone who pre-orders their tree (offer available at time of ticket purchase). Preorders end one week before opening **
The most important thing your fresh tree needs is water! Check out our Trees page to learn more about caring for your Christmas Tree.
