Evergreen Traditions' 2024 5 - $50 Gift Card Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Evergreen Tradition's 2024 5 - $50 Gift Card Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 10/20/24 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/20/24 ("Promotion Period"). Giveaway entry will be confirmed via digital receipt of tickets through your entered email at checkout; and "No Purchase Necessary" entry via digital form, as further described below. At conclusion of the Promotion Period, one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected, as more fully described below. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of South Carolina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: There are two (2) methods of entry.

A.) Purchase entry: Buy one or more tickets to Christmas at the Farm 2024 through Simple Tix (https://www.simpletix.com/e/christmas-at-the-farm-tickets-177241) during Promotion Period and you will be automatically entered. One entry per person. If multiple tickets are purchased by one person, it will only count towards one entry. If you wish to enter without making a purchase, then you should enter the giveaway using the No Purchase Entry option below. Entry by making a purchase will not improve your chance of winning. 

B.) No Purchase Entry: To enter the giveaway without making a purchase, fill out the form here (https://forms.gle/vY6f84FsMcHA5KAw7). Entries only valid when timestamp on submission is during Promotional Period. Any entries made on form before or after Promotional Period will be considered invalid.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day -- regardless of method of entry. 

NOTE: Entries must be made solely by entrant. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address will be declared invalid and disqualified from this giveaway. Evergreen Traditions is not responsible for any change of email address of entrants. 

The website database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this giveaway. Evergreen Traditions shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by internet user or by any of the equipment of programming associated with the giveaway or by human error in processing. 

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 10/21/24 among all eligible entries received from all methods combined. The decision is final and binding. Potential grand prize winner will be notified via email, using contact information provided or collected at time of entry. Evergreen Traditions shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy two (72) hours of first notification attempt, or if the prize is returned or unclaimed to such potential winner, the potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. 

5. PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE / ODDS: Five grand prizes are available for one $50 Evergreen Traditions gift card each. Gift card is only available for use during our 2024 event operating hours and can be used towards any product in for sale and in stock in our store, including available Christmas trees or wreaths. Total approximate retail value is $50 each. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined during Promotional Period. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

6. GENERAL: If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted. By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Evergreen Traditions, their respective affiliates, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, or damage of any kid, including but not limited to personal injury to death, arising from or in connection with entry or participation in giveaway, or the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, travel related to, inability to use or misuse of any prize related to this giveaway. Acceptance of prize shall be construed as and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Evergreen Traditions may use the winner's name, likeness and/or prize information, including without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Evergreen Traditions, which are final and binding in all respects. 

7. PRIVACY: Your personal information we collect will only be used for ticketing information, prize notification and delivery of promotional material and is also subject to privacy rules set forth by the ticketing website, Simple Tix, and by Google Forms. We will never sell your personal information.
